Description
Sindhi Till Patti is a thin, crispy sesame seed brittle made from roasted white sesame seeds (til) bound with hot jaggery or sugar syrup and ghee for shine and snap. Sesame seeds are dry-roasted until golden and aromatic, then swiftly mixed into syrup cooked to hard-crack stage, spread thinly on a greased surface, and rolled flat before cooling and cutting into diamond or square shapes.
