Sindhi Peanut Badam Gajak is a crunchy, brittle sweet combining roasted peanuts (mungfali) and almonds (badam) with jaggery syrup and ghee for binding and shine. Peanuts and almonds are dry-roasted until golden, skins removed from peanuts, and both nuts coarsely crushed or halved before mixing into hot jaggery melted with water to hard-crack stage. Cardamom powder enhances the nutty, caramelized flavor profile.
